Thomas, West Virginia Engagement Photographer | Thomas,WV Wedding Elopement Photographer
Kailee, Cole, and I met up in Downtown Thomas, West Virginia for their engagement shoot. We chatted and explored through the art galleries and stores. Shout out to Creature, Santangelo, Bloom, and to ART IN THOMAS being a fantastic resource.
Afterwards we wandered down to my favorite hidden spot that I don’t recommend without a higher vehicle that has 4-wheel drive or AWD. The road washes out with the rain for sure and the trails are a bit more challenging as well. The nearby Albert Falls, Kennedy Falls, and Douglas Falls. I normally wouldn’t share this info, but the internet exists and people are figuring it out. So, I figure instead I will be helpful so people don’t show up unprepared given the cell service is basically non existent. So helpful links to help you figure out if visiting here is for you, and be mindful you are in an area that isn’t meant to be flooded with people. Don’t be an asshole. Leave no trace. Carpool on nice swimming days, it gets full sometimes. Helpful guide
After our waterfall adventures we made some overlook pitstops on the way home and had ourselves a lovely time playing in the sunset.

Seneca Rocks, West Virginia Engagement Photographer | Seneca Rocks Photographer | Fourth Moon Camp
Addie and Kevin invited me out to take their photos at their campground they are building behind Seneca Rocks, WV called Fourth Moon Camp. We walked through the land and they explained how they hold summer festivals and various climbing and slacklining events. We started our morning where they are getting married at, a beautiful spot overlooking nearby Seneca Rocks. We had a lovely morning wandering about the area, grabbing some breakfast during a brief rainstorm, and just having a blast getting to know each other and chattering about their upcoming wedding.

Swallow Falls Elopement | Deep Creek Lake Elopement | Swallow Falls State Park | McHenry, MD | Deep Creek Elopement Photographer
Miranda and Mohamed met 14 years ago through a friend in college. Mohamed is from Morocco and Miranda’s father grew up in Morocco so they instantly hit it off. Their Deep Creek Lake elopement was a wonderful mellow spring day. Miranda wore a traditional Moroccan wedding dress as a surprise. They had their ceremony at a lake house and afterwards we swung over to Swallow Falls State Park and captured some photos around the park.
